The rooms offered are reasonably spacious and delightful with private bathroom, hairdryer and air conditioning. The cost is US$ 36.

The location offers easy access to public transport.
I was disappointed with the lack of amenities. The electric points in our room were faulty. Noise from the reception kept us awake at night, as it echoed down the hall. The room felt outdated and overpriced for what was provided.

They made me feel like home and took care of all my queries about Rome.Everybody was very warm and helpfull.Would comeback here if I stay in Rome again.
Location Of the hotel is a little difficult from the metro stations. The hotel owners infact need to explain on their website that routes 81 or 810 on the bus routes are closest and that by train the hotel is closest (walking distance) from Roma tusculana station.

The staff was cute and offered
Us insightful tips. The breakfast in the tranquil garden was a good start to our day. The noise from the street outside did occasionally disrupt our sleep. We had a lovely stay!

The hotel staff is very friendly, informative and helpful. They provided a nice map, marked up all the attractions and gave us detailed instructions on how to get there.
It was quite far from the metro station, took us 15 mins to walk to the metro station, though they are making a new metro line which seems like it will pass quite near the hotel. Also, be wary of taxi drivers they try to overcharge, taxi from roma termini to the hotel should cost you 15€ not 30€ (like we paid :( )

Amazing stay, pleasant and quiet place. Warm & lovely room, with central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a writing desk. Very pleasant building, nice and perfect location right by the outskirts of old Rome, centre of Rome and the tube and the bus stop: D

Very friendly and very welcoming staff in hotel/hostal in Italian-style villa. Helpful in addressing any requests. E.G. get plenty of insider tips on what to do and where to go. Room and beds were basic, but comfortable. Nice views on the garden, where you can spend a lovely time in between visits to the city. Hotel/hostal is located in a residential area of Rome, but you get to city centre by public transport (E.G. bus 105 or bus 81) within 30min. And there are quite a few good restaurants around, which serve excellent Italian food for very affordable prices.
Be aware during warm seasons, that there is no a/c or fan in the room! So, it can get pretty warm during nights. On average, the room and hotel are pretty quiet considering regular Roman traffic noise, but with open windows during warm nights a passing car is very audible. And we had quite a bit of a problem with mosquitos due to the adjoining garden. For us, the hotel was located very conveniently to an event in this neighborhood, but if you want to visit the city centre, I could imagine to find an accommodation closer to the city.

Although the surrounding area lacked a bit in local nightlife, the proximity to public transport made getting around easy.

The small hotel has a lovely atmosphere, especially with breakfast served in the garden where you can enjoy fresh pastries and excellent coffee. During our visit, we enjoyed walking to local attractions, particularly the Basilica di San Giovanni, which was a short stroll away. The peace and quiet made for a restful stay, and the staff were always ready to help with recommendations. We truly appreciated the street's tranquility, making it easier to recharge for our days of exploring.
